From Item 2(a) in the December 31, 2007 13G filing for SuccessFactors, Inc., on page 5:

Proof that there is still plenty of work for lawyers after all.
Also, what happens if TPG Ventures, L.P. buys Tarrant Capital Advisors? Moebius partnership?
Once that happened could any part of the ring be sold?
Bravo!
Just got back from Wal-Mart and the checkout lady asked me if found everything I was looking for. I said where do you stock the Tarrents? She just looked at me funny.
Using my financial savvy, I was going to suggest that TPG save registration costs by doing away with 7 of those companies in the chain. But one partner of TPG had the Rolling Stones play at his birthday party once. On the other hand, he may have used a Groupon like I did for that.
Keep in mind that each of these 756 companies is an American citizen according to the supreme court.

Tax Justice Network has much more.
B-b-but…what would Matroyshka Della Ware? Is success a factor?
If you kill the host, do they all die?
To paraphrase De. Seuss: since the structure appears to be general partners all the way down, I wonder what the objective was/is of manufacturing this very cute doll?…
Fun, thanks!!
What was the middle part again?
Which doll pays tax?
The one containing the most hollow laughter.
