I’d love to meet some of the NC commentariat. Unfortunately I do have a prior commitment at that exact time. Oh well, next time for sure!
Being a somewhat reclusive curmudgeon, and living some fifteen hundred miles away, I find attendance problematic at best.
Any chance of a virtual NC meetup? Is it technically possible? The earlier trial balloon for a NC “newsletter” e-mail might have met headwinds, but try, try again. (I admit to not having sufficient technical expertise to organize such an endeavour.) The idea of a ‘virtual’ meetup does seem counter intuitive. It’s an interesting exercise in communications theory.

I’m making the drive down there. Haven’t been to Tucson for years. It’ll be interesting to compare rush hour there to my home town.
